VYK has a well constituted General Body consisting of 22 members from different background who annually sits and take major policy decisions. The Executive Committee consisting of 7 eminent personnel of the locality meet quarterly and take all decisions for better management Changing Lives Today For A Better Tomorrow of the organization and its projects/programs. The Member Secretary carries out the decisions of the Executive Committee. The Advisory Committee of VYK advises and gives feedback to the Executive Committee and the Member Secretary from time to time. They also sit in the annual general body meeting and share their views.
Different Sub-Committees are also constituted by the members and outside intellectuals to review membership of the organization, monitor programs, infrastructure development and purchases etc. The implementation of programs, laws and policies are guided by the Constitution of the Organization, Finance Policy, H. R. Manual, Procurement Policy, Gender Policy, Child Protection Policy etc.
